“Education Saved My Life: The First-Generation Experience of a North Philadelphia Girl": A Light Reading Group Celebrating First Gen Learners In-Person

Please join us for this Light Reading Group discussion of Kamina Richardson's forthcoming publication on how she navigated higher education and defeated trauma as a Black woman, First Gen student and graduate. Richardson will share how she continues to help college students today and ways we can support our First Gen students and community at Temple. Registrants will receive a copy of the reading a week in advance of our Light Reading Group meeting.
