Join the CAT and Associate Professor Alexander deVaron (Boyer College of Music and Dance) to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, and ways we can manage stress in our daily lives. TECH 109 will be converted into a quiet space where faculty can experience and practice guided meditation as well as other techniques to promote calm and rejuvenation.
