Jumpstarting Student Engagement: Practices that Encourage Persistence (Hosted Online) In-Person
In the past two years, we have seen our students struggle with persistence, motivation and engagement. Instructors are rightfully concerned and often at a loss as to how to help. In this session, we will explore evidence-based strategies that have been shown to help our students focus their attention, stay on track, and take control of their own learning. By demonstrating the value in what students are learning, creating an environment conducive to participation and engagement, and promoting self-efficacy, you will support student success and persistence.
The CAT will share a Zoom link with registered participants via email one hour prior to the session.
