Reacting to the Past: An Introduction (Hosted in person at the CAT) In-Person

Reacting to the Past (RTTP) is a pedagogy based upon deep role-playing of the controversies of the past. Students take specific roles in a historical event and must write, act, and think in an entirely new mode. Instructors nationwide have used RTTP in a variety of classes, including in the humanities, social sciences, and hard science courses. In this workshop you’ll not only be introduced to RTTP, you’ll take part in a short RTTP simulation!
