How Learning Works for Adult Learners (Hosted Online via Zoom) In-Person
Adult learning theories have moved far beyond Knowles’ theory of andragogy. This 2-part workshop explores contemporary theories of adult learning and examines assumptions made about the roles and behaviors of adults as learners. Participants will consider the relevance and implications of adult learning theories to their specific teaching contexts.
This workshop meets via Zoom on the following dates:
- Friday, February 4, 10:00am-11:30am
- Friday, February 11, 10:00am-11:30am
Participants are expected to attend both sessions. Registration for the first session serves as registration for the subsequent session.
The CAT will send registered participants a Zoom access link to this webinar via email one hour prior to the sessions.
