Supporting International Student Learning & Well-being in a Time of Uncertainty (Co-sponsored with the Office of International Affairs) In-Person

This program is part of You Are Welcome Here Week, presented by the Office of International Affairs.

Our international students are experiencing a global health crisis at the same time that they face concerns over immigration status, separation from family and home, discrimination or targeting, and discomfort with U.S. social unrest and how to discuss it. The physical, social and emotional toll of this situation has impacted learning in significant ways. Thinking intentionally about the barriers they may face and the contributions they may have to offer can help all your students gain clarity in this complex situation. In this session, we will discuss strategies that can support your international students’ learning in these difficult times.

Faculty Only.

Workshop is hosted by the Office of International Affairs and Center for the Advancement of Teaching (CAT).
