New Faculty Series: Grow Your Teaching at Temple (Hosted Online via Zoom) In-Person
If you’ve become faculty at Temple in the past three years, this seminar series is for you! We will discuss developing goals for your teaching, as well as research-informed strategies to foster learning. This is a unique opportunity to discuss educational issues with colleagues from across the disciplines.
This workshop is held in three sessions:
- Session 1: Wednesday, September 16, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Session 2: Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Session 3: Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Registration for the first session will serve as registration for the subsequent sessions.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary copy of The Missing Course: Everything They Never Taught You about College Teaching by David Gooblar. Attendees will be contacted about book distribution.
The facilitator will send an access link to this webinar via email prior to the session.
