Casting a Wide Net: Using Universal Design for Learning to Help Students Succeed In-Person

Faculty provide accommodations for students with identified needs, but did you know that you can proactively design a learning environment that will better meet the needs of your diverse group of students? Universal design for learning (UDL) is a framework to improve and optimize teaching and learning for all people based on scientific insights into how humans learn. If you would like to add strategies to your teaching toolkit that will situate you as a more inclusive teacher, this CAT workshop is for you.
