Current national conversations – like #MeToo and #TimesUp – have brought issues of trauma and sexual assault to the foreground for many people.  How does this heightened awareness influence class discussions and student engagement?  Join us for an honest conversation about what gets in the way of having productive classroom discussions regarding society’s challenging issues, as well as some ways we can approach topics with balance and care. Facilitators will also provide a resource for crafting Canvas and Syllabus content.
