Book Group: Small Teaching Online by Flower Darby and James Lang In-Person
In their book Small Teaching Online, Flower Darby and James Lang share concrete, research-based learning activities that raise student performance AND are easily implemented into online courses. Join us to discuss opportunities to strengthen relationships with our students, streamline grading, choose which technology to use and much, much more! As the authors state, this book is "intended as a down-to-earth resource for busy faculty" with easy to implement, practical suggestions.

This workshop is held in three sessions:
- Series Session 1: Tuesday, September 10th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Series Session 2: Tuesday, September 17th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
- Series Session 3: Tuesday, September 24th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
Registration for the first session will serve as registration for the subsequent sessions.
Participants will receive a complimentary copy of the book. When you have registered, please visit the CAT (TECH 112) to claim your copy and begin reading!
