Teaching International Students: What’s a faculty member to do? In-Person
International students have become a significant proportion of the US student body, providing additional opportunities for students to have enriching experiences, but also requiring instructors to further consider teaching methods used to reach all students in the classroom. This two-part workshop will explore inclusive strategies that support international students to feel welcome and succeed in the classroom. The sessions will examine topics related to course content and structure as well as social dynamics and group work.
