Working with International Students: Workshop & Cocktail Hour In-Person
This program is part of "You are Welcome Here" week, presented by the Office of International Affairs. Cocktail hour will follow a faculty development workshop.
Workshop Title: You are Welcome in my Course: Strategies for Inclusive Teaching (4:30pm - 5:45pm)
This session will begin by exploring strategies to create a class environment where all students feel that they are welcome and belong. The second half of the session will focus specifically on considerations for international students and methods that may make lessons and activities feel more inclusive.
