Adobe Spark Video: Assigning Student Vlogging to Foster Reflective Thinking In-Person
Reflection is critical to learning. It provides an opportunity for students to consider ways course content intersects with their lives or affects things they care about. It can also help students consider how they are progressing in a course and how they might improve. Vlog (video blog) assignments are one way instructors can build reflective thinking into a course. In this 2-part workshop faculty will learn about the research on blogging and vlogging, as well as get hands-on training on how to use Adobe Spark Video to assign student vlogs.
