Faculty Journaling for Reflective Practice In-Person

Join us for a semester of growth and discovery with "Faculty Journaling for Reflective Practice." This program offers a structured yet flexible approach to developing your reflective teaching skills through weekly journaling exercises. Our carefully crafted prompts will guide you in examining your teaching methods, student interactions, and personal growth as an educator. Complement your individual reflection with three group check-in meetings, where you'll connect with colleagues, share insights, and explore the collective wisdom of our faculty community. Embrace this opportunity to transform your teaching practice and become a more critically engaged, self-aware instructor. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome!

Facilitator: Jeff Rients, Associate Director, CAT; Melissa Glenn, Faculty Fellow, CAT
