The Online Teaching Circle: A Community for Instructors who Teach Online In-Person

Just because you teach online doesn't mean you're teaching alone! Join a small group of your colleagues from across the disciplines as we wrangle with the common challenges and unique benefits of teaching synchronous and asynchronous online courses. We will: share experiences, pose questions, explore solutions, and offer each other community and solidarity! Every session will include a fun (or funny) ice-breaker to spark a little bit of joy; "Highs and Lows" of the month in which we listen and share; and a suggested topic of discussion. Ultimately, however, this teaching circle will follow the needs and desires of the community of instructors whom it serves. Please commit to attending all four sessions, as far as possible; your presence matters. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome!

This four-part series will be held online on the following dates:

  • Friday, January 24, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Friday, February 14, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
