Matrix Games for Critical Thinking & Decision Making (Hosted in person) In-Person

Discover the power of Matrix Games in enhancing critical thinking and decision-making skills in your students. This workshop introduces faculty to the dynamic and interactive world of Matrix Games, where participants engage in role-playing scenarios that challenge them to analyze complex situations, develop strategic responses, and negotiate outcomes. Learn how to facilitate these games in your classroom to foster deeper understanding, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative thinking among your students. In this 2-part workshop you will experience a Matrix Game as a player and start drafting one for your students.

This 2-part workshop will be held in person on the following dates: 

  • Thursday, September 12, 10:00AM-11:30AM
  • Thursday, September 19, 10:00AM-11:30AM

Registration for the first session serves as registration for the subsequent session.
