Poll Everywhere Basics: Engaging and Interactive Polling Made Easy (Hosted Online via Zoom) In-Person

Are you interested in taking advantage of Temple’s university-wide access to Poll Everywhere to actively engage and assess your students, but you’re not sure where to start? This session will walk you through the basics of using Poll Everywhere for interactive polling, from accessing the tool for the first time and creating your first activity to launching activities in class. We’ll explore the variety of activity types you can create in Poll Everywhere, discuss different strategies for presenting your activities, and show you how to organize your activities for easy access in Canvas. You’ll leave with a handy guide to the basics of using Poll Everywhere.

Are you already familiar with the essentials and eager to delve deeper? Register for our follow-up session, Beyond the Basics: Taking Advantage of Poll Everywhere’s Advanced Features, for a deeper dive into  functionalities such as slide show integration, grade synchronization with the Canvas gradebook, detailed response reporting, and sharing polls with colleagues via Poll Everywhere Teams.
