Chat with the CAT: Teaching in the Age of AI: Teaching Writing-Heavy Courses in the Age of AI (Hosted Online via Zoom) In-Person
Writing and knowledge production is as much or more about process than about the end product and involves a number of skills beyond the generation of texts. Join us to consider how generative AI tools can inhibit and benefit the writing process and how we can address the possibilities and challenges of AI in classes that require students to practice and develop their writing skills.
Facilitators: Rachael Groner, Professor, First Year Writing Program, CLA; Jeff Rients, Associate Director, CAT
The CAT will share a Zoom link with registered participants one hour prior to this session.
