Online Teaching Institute (Section 2 Tuesday WebEx) In-Person
In the Online Teaching Institute (OTI), you will learn how to teach effectively online and provide students with a rich, interactive online learning experience. The OTI is a 4-week seminar that includes both asynchronous (Blackboard) and synchronous (WebEx) online sessions; there are no face-to-face meetings.
The OTI is designed for both new and experienced online instructors. It is recommended that you know how to use the basic functions of Blackboard and WebEx prior to participating in the OTI. You may click here for a brief questionnaire to assess your familiarity with Blackboard and WebEx.
