SUMMARY:Meaningful Mentoring: Insights and Innovations from Temple's Faculty Learning Community on Mentoring
DESCRIPTION:How do we mentor in ways that truly support faculty and student 
 success at Temple? Members of the CAT’s Fall 2025 Faculty Learning 
 Community on Meaningful Mentoring share the strategies\, challenges\, and 
 breakthroughs that transformed their mentoring approaches and 
 relationships. Panelists will discuss how they use agreements to establish 
 shared expectations and healthy boundaries\, and build trust\, as well as 
 innovative ways for assessing mentoring effectiveness. Attendees will leave 
 with practices they can adapt to their own contexts to elevate mentoring in 
 their own departments\, schools\, and colleges at Temple University. All 
 Temple instructors and staff are welcome!\n\nFacilitator: Linda Hasunuma\, 
 Associate Director of Teaching and Faculty Success\, CAT\n\nThe CAT will 
 email registered participants a Zoom access link for this webinar one hour 
 prior to the session.
