Meaningful Mentoring In-Person

Strong mentoring doesn't happen by chance—it grows through intentional relationships, clear communication, and shared expectations. In this interactive workshop, faculty from across the disciplines will reflect on their own mentoring experiences and explore practical, evidence-based strategies from the CIMER Project to strengthen their mentoring practice. Participants will learn how tools such as mentor maps and mentoring compacts can foster trust, establish healthy boundaries, and clarify expectations with mentees. Together, we'll also identify meaningful mentoring goals and develop strategies to create more rewarding and impactful mentoring relationships for both mentors and mentees. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome!
