Micro-Pedagogy: Intro to Diagnostic Assessment In-Person
We design our courses in the absence of the most important part: the students! How can we know that our learning activities and assessments are calibrated for the people in the room rather than an imagined typical student? Diagnostic assessment occurs before the learning begins, providing the instructor with the opportunity to fine tune their approach for the real humans in the class. In this micro-pedagogy introduction, you'll learn the basics of effective diagnostic assessment in 30 minutes. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome!
