Peer-Powered Learning: Enhancing Courses with Undergraduate Assistants In-Person
Join us for a faculty roundtable discussion on leveraging undergraduate classroom assistants to enhance learning and engagement in STEM courses. We’ll explore practical strategies for recruiting, training, and supporting assistants, share success stories, and address challenges such as equity, compensation, and institutional support. Whether you already use assistants or are curious about starting, this is a chance to exchange ideas and build a community of practice. At this roundtable, we’ll discuss forming a faculty learning community for the Fall 2026 semester. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome.
