Assessment: From Soup to Nuts In-Person
This two-part workshop will offer instructors an introductory overview of assessment of student learning. We will together consider questions such as:
- What activities are considered assessment of student learning?
- What are best practices for designing assessments?
- How can we ensure our assessments are undermining rather than promoting learning?
Whether you’re new to teaching and getting the hang of designing assessments or an experienced instructor hoping to get the big picture view, this workshop is for you! All Temple instructors and staff are welcome.
Facilitator: Dana Dawson, Associate Director, CAT
