The Advanced Online Teaching Institute (AOTI) is designed to support both moderately-experienced and highly-experienced online instructors in evaluating and improving their online course design using Universal Design for Learning principles. Participants will explore multimedia and generative AI, active learning techniques, alternative assessments, and inclusive and equitable teaching practices. You will engage in critical self-reflection and commit to continual improvement of teaching practices to meet students' evolving needs. The AOTI is a four-week course led by CAT instructors where you will have the opportunity to discuss and learn from other faculty members. The course is asynchronous and does not require live meetings. All Temple instructors and staff are welcome.
