Blackboard Rubrics provide a handy assessment tool to make the evaluation criteria for an assignment clear for your students. You can use Blackboard rubrics to clarify the learning goals and expectations for an assignment, easily provide guided feedback on student progress toward learning goals, point out areas that need improvement, and assess final assignments in terms of the degree to which the criteria were met.
