Webinar: Create an Accessible PowerPoint Presentation In-Person

PowerPoint presentations should be readable for the visually and learning disabled whether they are on a computer, viewing it in the classroom, or using assistive technology devices such as screen readers. This 30-minute Webinar will demonstrate how to locate and use the Microsoft Office (version 2010 or higher) Accessibility Checker, add Alt text to describe pictures, create accessible tables and charts, identify and select accessible color and fonts, apply formatting techniques for navigation and prepare a presentation for online use.

After a 30 minute demonstration session, the instructor will remain online to answer your questions.
